Last thursday, on ICT lesson, i learned about what kind of table and chair we should use and also how we should sit when we are playing computer. When we are playing computer, we must use a comfortable chair. The chair must have an armrest and the ability to move up and down. We also should sit straight and the monitor must be placed the same height as us. We must also make sure that we have enough lighting in the room and placed the keyboard and the mouse as the same height as our wrist so that it will be easy for us to grab it. When holding a mouse, we must also be relaxed and do not put any tension. The same as when we are seeing a computer, we must adjust the distance so that our eyes will be not so close to the monitor. And that's what i learned from this week's lesson. Thank you.
