This week, i learned about monitor, keyboard, and mouse. When we sit, we must stay as far as possible from our monitor. The distance must be around 60-90 cm. And if we use bifocals, our monitor should be lower. There are many types of keyboards designed to place the hands in a more neutral position. When we are typing in a keyboard, our hands must be relaxed. When playing a computer, we must also placed our mouse in the same level as our keyboard so that it will be easier to be reached. If we do not want to use a mouse, we can replaced it with a keyboard shortcuts. And that's all, Thank you.
